having a bad day so far. first of all its a sunday. so not much to do. stomach is still not ok. went for a lil run today. could do only 4k. it was very hot and humid today. just couldnt do. was on ORS after the run. tried lifting weights. but felt out of energy. lets get fit again. gym will continue then. have realized something big. an answer to a lot of questions. but its still not there. irony is that do not even feel like making efforts for that now.
anyways....looks like need some tinkering with my diet. stomach has been upset for some days now.
