another good day today. did loads of cardio. frog stand planche 15 sec 15 sec 20 sec. am getting better at it. tried tuck planche today where knees are not supported by elbows. incredibly hard. today i was thinking how can anyone do it. anyways. will cross the bridge when we reach there.
3 km of treadmill running today. i had started going to the gym at 5:30 in the hope that tms will be free but suddenly people have become figure conscious. went out for a lil run on the road. Did 11km of road running. thighs were paining a lot. cause of the lunges i did a couple of days back. but pain is good. overcomes lots of stuff. good bad ugly. almost everything. shoulders are also paining a lot. so are the arms. I am loving it.
